Providing for consideration of the bill (H.R. 2670) to authorize appropriations for fiscal year 2024 for military activities of the Department of Defense and for military construction, and for defense activities of the Department of Energy, to prescribe military personnel strengths for such fiscal year, and for other purposes.

This resolution sets forth the rule for consideration of H.R. 2670 (National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2024, which authorizes appropriations and sets forth policies for Department of Defense programs and activities; military construction; the national security programs of the Department of Energy; the Maritime Administration; the Defense Nuclear Safety Board; and the Naval Petroleum Reserves).
