- H.R. 3564 (Middle Class Borrower Protection Act of 2023, which rolls back changes made by the Federal Housing Finance Agency to certain fees, namely loan-level pricing adjustments, charged by Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac for a conventional single-family mortgage and restricts future fee adjustments),
- H.R. 3799 (Custom Health Option and Individual Care Expense Arrangement Act or the CHOICE Arrangement Act, which provides statutory authority for regulations that allow employers to offer individual coverage health reimbursement arrangements), and
