Ann Wagner is a U.S. Representative from Missouri, born in St. Louis in 1962. She graduated from Cor Jesu Academy and earned a business degree from the University of Missouri. Before entering Congress in 2013, Wagner was a businesswoman and served as the U.S. Ambassador to Luxembourg from 2005 to 2009. She has been re-elected to multiple congressional terms.
