Austin Scott is a U.S. Representative from Georgia, born in Augusta in 1969. After graduating from Tiftarea Academy in 1987 and earning a B.B.A. from the University of Georgia in 1993, he became a business owner. Scott served in the Georgia state house of representatives from 1997 to 2010 before being elected to Congress in 2010, where he continues to serve.
