C. Scott Franklin

C. Scott Franklin is a Representative from Florida, born in Georgia in 1964. He graduated from the United States Naval Academy and Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, serving in the Navy and Navy Reserve until 2012. Before Congress, he owned an insurance agency and served as a commissioner and mayor pro tem in Lakeland, Florida, from 2018 to 2021.
