David Rouzer is a U.S. Representative from North Carolina, born in Germany in 1972. He graduated from Northern High School and North Carolina State University, working as a businessman and serving in administrative roles at the USDA. Rouzer previously worked for Senators Jesse Helms and Elizabeth Dole, and was a member of the North Carolina state senate before being elected to Congress in 2015.
