Deborah K. Ross

Deborah K. Ross is a U.S. Representative from North Carolina, born in Philadelphia in 1963. She graduated from Brown University and earned her law degree from the University of North Carolina. Ross worked as a lawyer, served as state director for a civil liberties organization, and was a member of the North Carolina state house of representatives from 2003 to 2013. She ran for the U.S. Senate in 2016 and was elected to Congress in 2021.
