Don Bacon is a U.S. Representative from Nebraska, born in Chicago Heights, Illinois, in 1963. He graduated from Grace Baptist High School and earned degrees from Northern Illinois University, the University of Phoenix, and the National War College. Bacon served in the United States Air Force for nearly three decades and later worked as a congressional staff member and university assistant professor before being elected to Congress in 2017.
