Frank D. Lucas is a Representative from Oklahoma, born in Cheyenne in 1960. He graduated from Cheyenne High School in 1978 and earned a B.S. from Oklahoma State University in 1982. Lucas served in the state house of representatives from 1988 to 1994 before being elected to Congress in a special election. He has chaired the Committee on Agriculture and the Committee on Science, Space, and Technology.
