Jill N. Tokuda

Jill N. Tokuda is a Representative from Hawaii, born in Honolulu County in 1976. A graduate of James B. Castle High School and George Washington University, she has worked as a consultant, nonprofit executive, and business owner. Tokuda served on the staff of Hawaii Lieutenant Governor Mazie Hirono and was a member of the Hawaii state senate from 2007 to 2018, holding the position of majority whip from 2009 to 2014.
