Keith Self is a Representative from Texas, born in Philadelphia in 1953. He graduated from Tascosa High School in Amarillo and earned degrees from West Point and the University of Southern California. Self served in the U.S. Army from 1975-1999 and 2002-2003, worked as a defense contractor, and served as Collin County judge from 2007-2018 before being elected to Congress in 2023.
