Michael Cloud is a U.S. Representative from Texas, born in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, in 1975. He graduated from Miamisburg High School in Ohio and earned a B.S. from Oral Roberts University. Cloud worked as a communications director and business owner before being elected to Congress through a special election in 2018, filling a vacancy and subsequently winning reelection.
