Mike Gallagher is a Representative from Wisconsin, born in Green Bay in 1984. He graduated from Princeton University and holds multiple advanced degrees from Georgetown University and the National Intelligence University. A former U.S. Marine who served from 2006 to 2013, Gallagher also worked on Senate foreign relations staff and political campaigns before being elected to Congress, where he chaired the Select Committee on Strategic Competition with China.
