Norma J. Torres

Norma J. Torres is a Representative from California, born in Guatemala in 1965. She graduated from Mountain View High School and attended local colleges before earning a B.A. from the National Labor College. Torres served on the Pomona City Council and as its mayor before being elected to the state assembly and senate, ultimately joining Congress in 2015.
