Ralph Norman is a U.S. Representative from South Carolina, born in Rock Hill in 1953. A graduate of Presbyterian College, he worked as a real estate developer and served in the state house of representatives from 2005 to 2006 and 2009 to 2017. He was elected to Congress in a special election in 2017 to fill a vacancy and has since been re-elected.
