Raul Ruiz

Raul Ruiz is a Representative from California, born in Zacatecas, Mexico, in 1972. He graduated from Coachella Valley High School in 1990 and earned degrees from UCLA, Harvard Medical School, and Harvard Kennedy School. A physician and former associate dean at UC-Riverside School of Medicine, Ruiz has served in Congress since 2013, representing his home state.
