Rosa L. DeLauro

Rosa L. DeLauro is a Representative from Connecticut, born in New Haven in 1943. She graduated from Lauralton Hall High School and earned degrees from Marymount College and Columbia University, with studies at the London School of Economics. DeLauro has served on various political staffs and campaign teams before being elected to Congress in 1991, where she currently chairs the Committee on Appropriations.
