Scott Perry is a U.S. Representative from Pennsylvania, born in San Diego in 1962. He graduated from Northern High School in Dillsburg and earned a B.S. from Pennsylvania State University. Perry served in the Pennsylvania Army National Guard from 1980 to 2019, owned a business, and was a state representative from 2007 to 2012 before being elected to Congress in 2013, where he currently serves.
