Seth Moulton is a U.S. Representative from Massachusetts, born in Salem in 1978. A Phillips Academy Andover graduate, he holds degrees from Harvard University, including an M.B.A. and M.P.P. Moulton served in the United States Marine Corps from 2002 to 2008 before becoming a business manager and entering Congress in 2015, where he currently represents his home state.
