Suzanne Bonamici

Suzanne Bonamici is a U.S. Representative from Oregon, born in Detroit, Michigan in 1954. She earned degrees from Lane Community College and the University of Oregon, including a law degree. Before entering Congress, she worked as a lawyer and served in the Oregon state legislature, including roles in the state house and senate. She was elected to Congress in a special election in 2012 and has been serving since then.
