Timothy M. Kennedy is a Representative from New York, born in Buffalo in October 1976. He graduated from St. Joseph's Collegiate Institute and earned both his B.S. and M.S. from D'Youville College in 1999. Kennedy served in the Erie County legislature from 2004 to 2010 and the New York state senate from 2011 to 2024 before being elected to the U.S. House of Representatives in a special election to fill a vacancy.
