Troy E. Nehls

Troy E. Nehls is a U.S. Representative from Texas, born in Beaver Dam, Wisconsin, in 1968. He graduated from Dodgeland High School and earned degrees from Liberty University and the University of Houston-Downtown. With a background in law enforcement, Nehls served in the Wisconsin Army National Guard, U.S. Army Reserve, and held various roles in Fort Bend County, including deputy constable, constable, deputy sheriff, and sheriff before being elected to Congress in 2021.
