Victoria Spartz is a U.S. Representative from Indiana, born in Ukraine in 1978. She holds degrees from the National University of Economics in Kyiv and Indiana University. Spartz has worked as a financial executive, business owner, farmer, and professor at Indiana University's Kelley School of Business. She served in the Indiana state senate before being elected to Congress in 2021.
