Virginia Foxx

Virginia Foxx is a U.S. Representative from North Carolina, originally from New York. She earned degrees from the University of North Carolina and worked in education, serving as an instructor, assistant dean, and college president. Before Congress, she was a community college president, landscape nursery owner, and state senator, representing Watauga County on the board of education and in the state legislature.
