Floyd K. Haskell is a U.S. Senator from Colorado, born in Morristown, New Jersey, in 1916. A Harvard graduate with a law degree, he served in the U.S. Army during World War II, reaching the rank of major. After practicing law in Denver, he served in the Colorado state legislature before being elected to the Senate in 1972, where he served one term until 1979.
