James Lankford

James Lankford is a U.S. Senator from Oklahoma, born in Dallas, Texas, in 1968. He earned degrees from the University of Texas and Southwestern Theological Baptist Seminary, and worked as a youth camp director before entering politics. Elected to the U.S. House of Representatives in 2010, he later won a Senate seat in 2014, subsequently being reelected in 2016 and 2022.
