James E. Risch

James E. Risch is a U.S. Senator from Idaho, born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, in 1943. He earned degrees from the University of Wisconsin and University of Idaho, serving as a county prosecutor, state senator, lieutenant governor, and brief governor before being elected to the Senate in 2008. He has chaired the Small Business and Foreign Relations Committees.
