John Fetterman is a U.S. Senator from Pennsylvania who grew up in Reading and graduated from Central York High School and Albright College. He earned advanced degrees from the University of Connecticut and Harvard University. Before entering politics, he worked as an insurance underwriter, social worker, and non-profit founder. Fetterman served as mayor of Braddock from 2006 to 2019 and as lieutenant governor of Pennsylvania from 2019 to 2023.
