Kevin Cramer is a U.S. Senator from North Dakota, born in Rolla in 1961. He graduated from Kindred High School and earned degrees from Concordia College and the University of Mary. Before entering Congress, he served as state tourism director, economic development director, and public service commissioner. Cramer represented North Dakota in the U.S. House of Representatives from 2013 to 2019 before being elected to the Senate in 2018.
