Michael F. Bennet

Michael F. Bennet is a U.S. Senator from Colorado, born in New Delhi, India. He graduated from Wesleyan University and Yale Law School, where he was editor-in-chief of the Yale Law Journal. Before entering politics, he worked in investment and served as Denver Public Schools superintendent. He was first appointed to the Senate in 2009, elected in 2010, and has been reelected multiple times, serving through 2029.
