Airport Immigration Enforcement Act

118th CONGRESS   2d Session                                 H. R. 7445  To prohibit the Administrator of the Federal Aviation Administration  from authorizing airport space to house undocumented migrants, and for                              other purposes.                                                                                             IN THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES                            February 23, 2024    Mr. Self (for himself, Mr. Babin, Mr. Perry, Ms. Malliotakis, Ms.     Hageman, Mr. Feenstra, Ms. Mace, Mrs. Hinson, Mr. Bishop of North    Carolina, Mr. Rosendale, Mrs. Miller of Illinois, Mr. Tiffany, Mr.  Weber of Texas, Ms. Boebert, and Mr. Davidson) introduced the following      bill; which was referred to the Committee on Transportation and                               Infrastructure                                                                                                          A BILL    To prohibit the Administrator of the Federal Aviation Administration  from authorizing airport space to house undocumented migrants, and for                              other purposes.     Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the  United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.     This Act may be cited as the ``Airport Immigration Enforcement  Act''. SEC. 2. HOUSING OF UNDOCUMENTED MIGRANTS.     The Administrator of the Federal Aviation Administration may not  authorize airport space to house undocumented migrants. SEC. 3. PROHIBITING FUNDING FOR HOUSING OF UNDOCUMENTED MIGRANTS AT                AIRPORTS.     No Federal funds may be used to house undocumented migrants in any  airport.
